I can get you to reach your goals in any environment, but I wanted a unique one. One that welcomes all those women who would never attend a public gym, need privacy, need sanctuary, and need 'me time'. To do this, I created a personal training studio equipped with the best tools available to me.
I gave up on a career in the banking industry's Operational Risk Management to raise my two children. I went on to embark on a new career trying to provide the support I wish I had during that phase in my life- especially when I emerged from it with a fear of gyms and in desperate need of guidance on how to make my health a priority again.

I'm Lucia, a Level 3 PT for females with specialisms including; nutrition, senior fitness, corrective exercise, weight loss (see Qualifications page). All from a private studio which provides a space to get away from it all and concentrate on getting the most of your 'me time'.
I continually adjust my practices based on each person's needs, while delivering the industry's latest and best practices picked up through formal continuous personal development courses provided by the highest regarded providers.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
I know how uncomfortable it is to have an audience in a gym, so I won't expose clients' photos to a social media audience of millions!
I will never name clients on social media who require general privacy, or have specific safeguarding considerations.

I am offering a flat rate of £40 per session with an up-front minimum sign-up of 4 weeks and 4 sessions. Add as many as you like at this no-faff flat rate.
I recommend at least 2 sessions per week if you're not active with other classes, sports, etc.
