For the purposes of the wording in this contract “the client” is the customer that is paying for services from Her Exclusive Gym. “The Trainer” is the trainer or trainers that are holding the session in which the client is taking part. Ultimate discretion for changes to these terms is the responsibility of Lucia Asslinger-Molner
Cancellation:
The client agrees to give 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of sessions and understands that if 24 hours’ notice is not given, the fee for that session will still stand.
The client can contact the trainer by Trainerize, email, Whatsapp or Facebook to inform them of any changes.
The trainer agrees to give the client 24 hours notice for cancellation of sessions. If 24 hours’ notice is not given, an additional free session will be provided as well as the cancelled session.
The trainer agrees that upon cancellation of a session, the session will be rearranged at a convenient time for both client and trainer.
The trainer agrees that if they are not on time for a session, the time will be made up at the end of the session or a subsequent session.
Credit for missed sessions:
The client understands that if they receive credit for a missed session, the credit must be used within 60 days of the missed session or it will be lost.
The client understands that payments are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. However, sessions may be suspended at the client’s request for a maximum of 3 months from the start date upon Lucia Asslinger-Molner’s discretion and confirmed via email to herexclusivegym@gmail.com
Block Booking Contract
The client understands that payment must be made in advance of the first session and on receipt of invoice, in order to retain the slot booking. Failure to make payment will result in the cancellation of the personal training programme.
The client understands that if they are late for a session, the session time may be cut short and the full fee will still apply.
Missed payments
Any payments that are not received will subsequently cancel the contract and the client will be billed for any sessions due.
The client will be given a regular slot which suits both the client and trainer availability.
Should the client be unable to train at this slot during the month, they understand they will be offered an alternative session time as replacement
Sessions cannot be carried over under any circumstances.
The client understands that the results achieved from personal training/group training are a combination of exercise, nutrition and their own personal genetics.
The client understands that exercise involves certain risks and injuries could occur to bones, joints or muscles. Slips, falls, and unintended loss of balance could result in muscular, neurological, orthopaedic or other bodily injury.
The client understands that they have control of the workout and may terminate a particular exercise or workout at any time.
The client understands that it is their obligation to inform their trainer of any symptoms such as fatigue, shortness of breath or chest discomfort.
The client agrees that the trainer can terminate a particular exercise or workout at any time if he/she believes the client is not in suitable condition for exercise, for their own safety.
The trainer agrees to keep their insurance and qualifications up to date.
The client understands that the trainer is not a doctor, physiotherapist or dietician and that the advice offered is optional and not a replacement for professional advice from experts within specialist fields. Nutrition plans are offered as guides to help the client calorie count and macro balance.
